Spark Shark Electric is growing, and we want skilled Oklahoma-licensed journeymen on our team. If you take pride in safe work, sharp diagnostics, clean installations, and treating homeowners right, we want to meet you.
Transparent performance pay
Any sold job is eligible ticket revenue. You should know how that job turns into pay, how ownership is credited, and how a shared installation is split before you start.
Diagnose, scope, present, and earn approval for the solution. The selling technician receives the sale credit.
Complete the installation safely and cleanly. The installation pool belongs to the technicians credited on the work.
When you sell and install the job yourself, you receive both credits for the complete performance payout.
The total performance pool stays at $1,000, even when more than one technician contributes.
The rate is based on relevant experience and demonstrated performance and is discussed during the hiring process.
The complete position
We are looking for dependable residential journeymen with the technical judgment and homeowner communication skills to take real ownership.
PTO cannot be used during the first 90 days. It becomes available for scheduling on the date the qualifying $2,000 sign-on bonus check is issued, with 365 days from that date to use all 15 days.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday begin at the Moore shop at 7:30 a.m. for the game plan, with dispatch at 8:00 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday begin earlier with training at 7:00 a.m. The typical workday runs through 5:00 p.m.
Take-home use is permitted. The assigned driver handles upkeep and coordinates maintenance; the company covers approved maintenance costs. A $300 monthly stipend applies when a technician prefers a personal vehicle or no van is available.
Technicians provide and maintain their own tools. Spark Shark provides or compensates the expendable materials consumed on company work.
Normal performance compensation applies throughout the first 90 days. With minimal documented counseling and no significant infractions, the technician receives the $2,000 sign-on bonus by check.
An active Residential or Unlimited Electrical Journeyman license is required for the role.
